Shelley Ortiz, PE
PRESIDENT
Shelly has over 19 years of experience in highway and project management. She has delivered on numerous projects ranging from safety and rehabilitation to major reconstruction and design-build projects. Shelley has gained a reputation for being a resourceful and effective manager that will meet project goals and achieve client satisfaction. Her client-centered approach is a product of her experience in management of general engineering consultant type contracts and having served as in-house consultant and plans reviewer for FDOT.
Sudhir Muppalla, PE
VICE PRESIDENT
Sudhir has more than 22 years of experience in transportation industry and has performed both on-site construction and design tasks. Sudhir has successfully completed numerous complex highway reconstructions and widening projects using design-bid-build, design-build and public-private partnership delivery methods. He is recognized as a creative problem solver who offers safe, reliable and effective solutions to highway design and construction challenges.
